We do not issue refunds for any services, retail products, or gift certificates. In the event you are not happy with your hair please contact the salon and we will happily schedule you to have any adjustments made. At times adjustments need to be made and we invite our clients to bring any issues to our attention and we will do our best to accommodate your request and find a solution to make you happy.
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
